Jean-Christophe Marti

Mr. Marti is a Partner of Navis based in Singapore and an Investment Committee member.

Mr. Marti joined Navis in 2003. Prior to joining Navis, Mr. Marti was with Cypress-Woods Pte Ltd as an Executive Director based in Singapore, with a focus on corporate development and restructuring assignments across Southeast Asia. He was earlier a founding team member of K1 Ventures Limited, a Venture Capital fund based in Singapore; and a senior associate with Bechtel Enterprises in San Francisco, USA focusing on project finance for large scale private-sector sponsored infrastructure projects. He started his career with Suez-Lyonnaise Des Eaux in Malaysia and worked on several water asset privatization projects throughout South East Asia.

At Navis, Mr. Marti is based in Singapore, leading origination and investment teams in making, monitoring and exiting investments in Singapore and Indonesia. He sits on Navis Investment Committee and on the boards and/or executive committees of several Navis portfolio companies. He has contributed to the Big Tree Outdoor, Hill & Associates, Wall Street Institute (Thailand, Hong Kong and Indonesia), Celebrity Fitness, King's Safetywear, Eng Kong and Adampak investments.

Mr. Marti has been a resident in Asia since 1991. He was raised and educated in France and the USA. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, and a Master of Science degree in Materials and All-Tech Innovations from Université de Technologie de Compiegne, France; and a MBA in Finance from The Anderson School at UCLA, Los Angeles.
