Han Seng Low

Han Seng has primary responsibility for the UOB's fund-of-funds advisory business. UOB is currently advising the UOB PA Pan Asia Select Fund, a series of pan-asian focused private equity fund-of-funds.

Han Seng has been with UOB since 1997 in a variety of investment roles and he has previously headed the Group's proprietary equity investment division with responsibility over the Group's investments in listed equities, private equity funds and hedge funds. In this position, he has also served as the Secretary to the Group's Investment Committee.

Han Seng started his career at Hewlett Packard Singapore (Sales) as a Systems Engineer where he was responsible for supporting HP's commercial systems, office information systems and client-server technology business. He then joined Bain & Company (Asia) Inc. as a Consultant where he was involved in helping clients in developing and deploying a wide range of strategic initiatives in South East Asia. Han Seng has a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Nanyang Technological Institute of Singapore and an MBA from the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD) in Fontainebleau.
