Heading KPMG's Private Equity Group in Singapore, Diana and her team have served the private equity community by drawing on KPMG's Advisory, Tax and Audit skills to support the link between a private equity fund, its managers, the transactions, the investments and the realisation of value. Her private equity clients include global and regional investors as well as various sovereign wealth funds.

As a Partner of KPMG Transaction Services, she has also been engaged in a wide range of financial advisory assignments with extensive business/corporate acquisition, divestment and transaction structuring experience. These include acquisition and vendor due-diligence reviews as well as other transaction related work across countries such as China, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Moscow, Netherlands, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, UK, USA, Vietnam and the Middle East.
